Annotation
In this paper, the author tries to assess the cultural and political influence. To do this, the model includes not only the cultural distance between the partner countries, but also the political distance. Calculating it according to the same Euclidean distance methodology determines how close two countries are to each other in terms of two main factors that evaluate politics: political rights and civil liberties.
В работе автор пытается оценить культурное и политическое влияние. Для этого включает в модель не только культурную дистанцию между странами-партнерами, но и политическую дистанцию. Вычисляя его в соответствии с той же методологией евклидова расстояния, определяет насколько близки две страны друг к другу с точки зрения двух основных факторов, которые оценивают политику: политические права и гражданские свободы.
