В работе представлен эксперимент по исследованию разработанной модифицированной универсальной среды для культивирования лабораторной культуры Drosophila melanogaster. Описано влияние разработанной питательной среды на особей Drosophila melanogaster, посчитаны нарушения по сравнению с культивированием мух на стандартной среде и негативном контроле.
The paper presents an experiment on the study of the developed modified universal medium for cultivation of laboratory culture of Drosophila melanogaster. The effect of the developed nutrient medium on Drosophila melanogaster individuals is described, and the violations compared to the cultivation of flies on standard medium and negative control are calculated.
