Annotation
В данной работе исследовано сотрудничество Китайской Народной Республики и Европейского союза в сферах науки, образования и технологий в период 2002-2022 гг. и их влияние на экономическую и политическую составляющую взаимоотношений обеих сторон. Изучены нормативно-правовые акты, подписанные между сторонами, программы развития научно-образовательной и технологической сфер (European Union 7 Framework Programs, Horizon, Dragon Program, пятилетки Китая). В работе также изучены позитивные и негативные факторы, влияющие на сотрудничество.
This paper examines the cooperation between the People's Republic of China and the European Union in the fields of science, education and technology in the period 2002-2022 and their impact on the economic and political component of the relationship between the two sides. The normative legal acts signed between the parties, programs for the development of scientific, educational and technological spheres (European Union 7 Framework Programs, Horizon, Dragon Program, five-year plans of China) were studied. The paper also examines the positive and negative factors affecting cooperation and the prospect of cooperation itself.
