Настоящая магистерская диссертация посвящена комплексному исследованию проблем защиты прав и законных интересов инвесторов на рынке ценных бумаг. Работа анализирует действующее законодательство и правоприменительную практику в сфере защиты инвесторов, выявляет существующие недостатки и предлагает пути их устранения. Особое внимание уделяется проблемам защиты прав розничных инвесторов и миноритарных акционеров, являющихся наиболее уязвимой категорией инвесторов. Исследуются механизмы защиты от злоупотреблений со стороны мажоритарных акционеров и менеджмента компаний.

This master's thesis is devoted to a comprehensive study of the problems of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of investors in the securities market. The work analyzes the current legislation and law enforcement practice in the field of investor protection, identifies existing shortcomings and suggests ways to eliminate them. Special attention is paid to the issues of protecting the rights of retail investors and minority shareholders, who are the most vulnerable category of investors. The mechanisms of protection against abuse by majority shareholders and management of companies are investigated.
