Проводится комплексное исследование видов соучастия в теории уголовного права, проблем при их определении и дачи юридической оценки действиям совершивших преступления. Рассматривается история становления соучастия в уголовном праве России, определяются виды соучастия как элемент института соучастия, дается характеристика соучастникам преступления, а также определяются проблемные аспекты ответственности соучастников преступления.

A comprehensive study of the types of complicity in the theory of criminal law, problems in determining them and giving a legal assessment of the actions of the perpetrators of crimes is being conducted. The article examines the history of the formation of complicity in Russian criminal law, defines the types of complicity as an element of the institution of complicity, characterizes the accomplices of the crime, and identifies problematic aspects of the responsibility of the accomplices of the crime.
