В ходе выполнения проекта нами были определена актуальность выбранной темы и её значимость для условий хозяйства и Омутинского района. В ходе работы был проведен анализ способов упрочнения деталей с указанием основных характеристик процессов. Выполнено обоснование выбора предлагаемой технологии упрочнения. А также определено место для обустройства отделения для закалки шнеков ТВЧ для чего выполнен необходимы расчет площади. В разделе «Конструкторская разработка» разработана схема проектируемого стенда с учетом достоинств и недостатков процесса, а также определены основные единицы оборудования, входящего в состав стенда. Для проектируемого стенда разработаны меры безопасности при его эксплуатации. По расчетам экономической эффективности предлагаемой разработки видно, что предлагаемый стенд для упрочнения ТВЧ будет востребован затраты на его внедрение составят 2171434,38 руб., которые окупятся за 0,77 года.

During the implementation of the project, we determined the relevance of the chosen topic and its significance for the conditions of the economy and the Omutinsky district. In the course of the work, an analysis of the methods of hardening the parts was carried out, indicating the main characteristics of the processes. The rationale for choosing the proposed hardening technology has been fulfilled. A location has also been identified for the construction of a compartment for quenching HDPE screws, for which the necessary area calculations have been performed. In the "Design development" section, a diagram of the projected stand has been developed, taking into account the advantages and disadvantages of the process, and the main pieces of equipment included in the stand have been identified. Safety measures have been developed for the designed stand during its operation. According to calculations of the economic efficiency of the proposed development, it can be seen that the proposed HDPE hardening stand will be in demand. The cost of its implementation will amount to 2171434.38 rubles, which will pay off in 0.77 years.
