Во введении дается подробный анализ обстановки с пожарами в Российской Федерации, тюменской области. Приведены примеры крупных пожаров на территории России. В первом разделе даётся краткая характеристика объекта, основные свойства обращающихся пожароопасных веществ. Во втором разделе раскрывается кратко характеристика Ноябрьского гарнизона пожарной охраны. Третий раздел предусматривает возможные места возникновения и распространения пожара с разработкой вариантов развития и тушения пожара.
